Mixed Martial Arts Workout Class

Martial Arts America will be starting its next 12 Week sesson of Mixed Martial Arts workouts. This course is bad to the bone! If you want a full body workout while learning some really cool stuff then this is your class! You will be doing allot of squats, push ups, jogging, Muey Thai striking drills, Brazilian Jui Jitsu drills, jump rope drills, sprint drills, toning, wind sprints and overall strength training.

The course starts Monday April 13Th. The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30 pm. Space is limited to 22 people so don’t wait! Please see  Ms. Sexton for details.  You do not have to have any previous martial arts experience for this class.  Train like a fighter without the bloody face!
