Boot Camp

Martial Arts America will host it’s next Bootcamp starting Monday, October 26th. The last Bootcamp for this year will run only 8 weeks instead of 12. Our next 12 – Week Bootcamp will start in January. We are now taking sign ups for the 8 week course, but space is limited. The course will be hosted at Martial Arts America. You may choose the Monday/ Wednesday class, Tuesday/Thursday class or both. The cost of this 8 week course will be $112.00
We all know when the holidays are here we tend to put on a few extra pounds! Let’s get a head start on that New Year’s resolution and start getting in shape today!

Tai Chi Class

Martial Arts America will be offering a Tai Chi class soon. The class will be on Tuseday and Thursday Mornings at 8:30 am.
