Our next Boot Camp will be a six week course. The six week course is going to be a special course with only focusing on toning, stretching and strength training. Following our special 6 Week Boot Camp will be our Famous 12 Week Boot Camp.

9:00 am………..All White and Yellow Belts (Basic training and BBC)
10:00 am……..BBC Green and Blue Belts
12:30 pm…….BBC Red, Brown and Level 1,2 and 3 black belts (Recommended)
1:30 pm……..All Black Belts-First, Second, Third and Fourth degree’s and all Chevron test.
